Electrical Supervisor

Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of an electrical contractor in North London.

Main Duties to include
" running sites day to day i.e organising labour, attending site meetings etc
" Day to day liaison with current clients
" Understand and taking off jobs from technical drawings
" Deal with re-wires, maintenance, testing and inspection.
" Monthly progress meetings
" Reportable to Contracts Manager on a regular basis

Candidate requirements:
" Computer literate, experience with Excel is mandatory, knowledge of MS Projects or similar would be desired.
" Full Clean Driving License
" Previous experience within a similar role
" 2391 Testing and Inspection
" A valid ECS/CSCS Card

Personal Characteristics / Skills:
Solid management experience with good all round interpersonal skills as well as strong leadership and people management skills. The role is client facing and involves working at all levels within the organisation. (Senior Directors, Branch Managers, Supervisors, Site Operatives, and procuring Sub Contractors).
" A proven track record of successfully managing both small and large scale projects through to completion.
" Commercially astute with an ability to negotiate "profitable" contracts in detail and build long term client relationships.

This position offers 8/9 hours a day, parking on site and the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
