Multi-Trades Person

Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Trades person for work on a  commercail project in East London. 

The successful will require:

- A valid CSCS card 
- Own Tools and PPE 
- Extensive knowledge of all construction trades. (i.e. joinery, plaster patching and Painting).

The multi-trader will be working within property maintenance, you must possess the skills and knowledge to enable you to cope with a variety of challenges. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary tools to enable them to carry out the successful completion of a variety of jobs. 

Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, have good communication skills, highly motivated and able to work on instruction as well as your own initiative. 

This position offers 40 hours a week on site and parking on site. 

What we require: 
All applicants will require previous experience, ECS/CSCS Card and PPE. You must be fully qualified/time-served and be able to provide 2 checkable work references

Current & Valid identification must be provided before starting employment. This includes but not limited to the following; Passport or Driving License with full Birth Certificate, for EU citizens National ID card, or valid EU passport must be supplied.
