Our Client are a growing, dynamic property company based in Warrington. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join the team immediately as an Administrator/Receptionist.
Hours of Work: 9am – 5:30pm Monday- Friday
Duties to include:
· Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and telephone/email enquiries
· Creating and maintaining both hard copy and digital filing systems
· Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
· Managing appointments and diaries
· Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
· Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
· Liaising with colleagues and external contacts on behalf of the Director
· Production of documents in line with company standards
· Ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary
Key skills and experience:
· Strong organisational skills with previous experience in an administrative role
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· A pleasant, confident telephone manner
· The ability to work on your own initiative to meet deadlines
· The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload
· Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
· Reliability and honesty
