My client is seeking site managers to run a new house devolpment based in Huddersfield and the north west, 3-5+ years experience is compulsary for this role. They are a growing company and this would be the ideal time to join, seeing sales hitting in excess of 100 properties in the first 6 months of this year shows how fast they are growing. There aim is to sell another 120 propertys by the end of the year thus been achieved by having a commited, driven site managers at the forefront of there business.
My client is a flexible employer and can offer the role on a PAYE basis or as a self employed CIS subcontractor if preferred.
Company vehicle/car allowance available.
