My client is seeking a highly motivated project manager in the leisure and hospitality industry. They are at the forefront in the interior-fit out sector catering for clients with luxurious wine bar re fits, gastropubs and boutique hotels to name but a few. You will be working alongside some of the industry's finest interior designers.
The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for quality as quality is my clients biggest core value. The candidate must also understand the running of contract administration and the procedures that are undertaken. There is the task of running a couple of projects at once and been responsible for initiating the tender to handover back to the client.
The role also includes Control project budgets including including profit, preliminaries, procurement etc. Develop and implement detailed programmes andschedules which allow accurate monitoring and reporting of progress, and implement actions to achieve targeted performance.

The salary and package is negotiable dependant on experience.
