- Description
I am looking to speak with quantity surveyors for a client within the construction industry. They have a comprehensive portfolio of luxury fit out apartments and new build housing contracts.
There is a possibility the role will also be based in Liverpool.
The role will involve cost consulting as well as cost management to maximise profits for the ongoing works, liaising with buyers for best rates for stock of materials and labour, there will also be a degree of estimating involved for the right candidate as well as initiating tenders for future works. some of the other roles involve but are not limited to:
- Tender analysis and agreement of the contract sum
- Interim valuations and payment assessment
- Assessing the additional costs of design variations
- Risk management and calculation
- Production of company pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) documentation in line with company policies
Assistance in establishing clients and the client's requirements
