Site manager new build housing

We are looking to recruit a number of high quality site managers for a prestigious house building contractor in the vacinity of Doncaster. My client has won a number of NHBC awards for the sheer quality of work they have completed within there previous devolpment. 

This a 8-12 month contract building detached homes in Blaxton. The homes will be constructed in random brick with a crisp render finish, internally the spacious homes will be finished with traditional solid oak.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record building similar properties, obtain a SMSTS card and have at least 3 years experience within a similar role.

The position maybe become permanent after the initial contract.

£24 per hour, (Weekly pay)

50-60 hours per week.
