We are recruiting for a quality-driven contracts manager for a superior house builder based within the Nottingham region. There are multiple projects within a 25 mile radius that you will be in charge of overseeing on a daily basis.
My client is at the forefront of building luxury homes with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail. Building a portfolio of 3, 4 and 5 bed-roomed executive homes.
The candidate must of a strong bricklaying background and also be extremely quality driven. Experience within building commercial and high end homes. Experience with up to date health and safety knowledge and CDM regulations.
Relevant qualifications - (Mandatory)
Clean driving license
First aid
SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered)
£40,000 - £45,000 per year as well as Ford Ranger company vehicle.
