Description
We are currently recruiting for free-lance Site Managers for a new build student accommodation project based in Sheffield on behalf of a principal contractor. You will be overseeing multiple trades and making sure that quality is kept to the maximum.
The project is set to start late January and run for circa 50 weeks, the rate will be £235-£260 per a day dependant on experience. The candidates must also have knowledge of interior fit-out solutions including pods and other such modular suites.
The candidate must obtain:
SMSTS CSCS Black Card
First Aid
