Working with our Managing Director and Business Development Manager you will have the responsibility of managing your own fast expanding client base, building mutually beneficial relationships with businesses and candidates alike.

Successful recruitment consultants will have.

• Work towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Appreciate the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
• Full UK driving license
• 2 Years recruitment experience
