We are currently recruiting exclusively for a prestigeous interior fit-out client based in South Yorkshire who specialises in the hospatality and commercial sector. The ideal candidate will be of a fit-out background and hold intermediate expereinces. This is a permenant position where there will be room for progression within the commercial department. My client is currently running a business with over 30 direct employees and turn over circa 15m anually.
The role involves all QS'ing duties including take offs, subcontracting packages, financial auditing, reconciliations, assisting in estimating and tender packages within the commercial team plus all other usual protocal's for an intermediate Quantity Surveyors.
