Trainee Labour Manager - Recruitment

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a recruitment apprentice for our Sheffield branch.

Alpha Recruitment is based on the outskirts of Sheffield centre, in one of the city’s largest grade 2 listed buildings. As an independent, local agency we can offer a responsive, tailored and more bespoke service nationally to our clients across all sectors.

A Labour Manager is critical to what we do. You will be helping the team by providing the best candidates across a variety of roles that we are working on behalf of our clients. This is a great opportunity with genuine prospects, working Monday to Friday. As well as working for a fast-paced business, you will achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Recruitment Resourcing.

Duties Include:

• Identifying and registering new candidates
• Building relationships with both candidates and clients
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing job adverts using a wide range of media
• Using social media to advertise positions
• Receiving and reviewing applications
• General administration duties
• Working closely with HR to keep track of new starters and leavers.
