Your new team:

Your new role:

As part of our growth plans we are looking to build and grow a successful Manufacturing and Engineering division in our Sheffield office. You will run your desk in effect as your own business, so will need to be able to manage both the highs and lows that this will bring. You will need to be pro-active, not afraid of a challenge and enjoy a thriving sales environment! Being able to manage rapidly changing requirements is a must, as is being able to adapt your communication to suit both clients and candidates.

• A driven and dynamic individual with strong sales ability to sell recruitment services both over the phone and face-to-face your opportunity for career expansion is only limited by your talents, imagination and ability to work hard.
