We are seeking an Apprentice Resourcer to join our team of specialist recruitment consultants, based in Sheffield Centre.
Supported with a full programme of training, your responsibilities as an Apprentice Resourcer will include:
• Sourcing relevant potential candidates from a variety of sources
• Matching candidates against the requirements of job specifications
• Calling and pre-screening candidates
• Asking questions to firmly establish the candidate is right for the role
• Positioning the role to the candidate, securing firm commitments and enthusiastic permission to submit them.
• • Staying in touch with candidates throughout the process
As well as sourcing and job-matching your training will cover sales techniques, and pre-screening and relationship building.
We’re looking for candidates who:
• Have a professional, confident telephone manner
• Are comfortable asking potentially difficult questions to get the information they need
• Are commercially aware; able to understand how their work contributes to the success of the business as a whole
• Are IT literate, comfortable using a variety of Microsoft Office software and able to quickly learn how to use CRM and database systems for logging candidates and sourcing activity
• Hold a A- C GCSE in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications.
• Are friendly, motivated, team-players
• Are ambitious about building a career in recruitment
As an Apprentice, you will be working towards a 18 month Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.
