Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a number of Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors with Construction and design and build experience for a prestigious client based in London. Our exclusive client has just secured a number of multi million pound contracts for an distinguished developer. Project values are circa £3m- £15m however as they are witnessing exponential growth they expect this to rise to in the coming year. This is an exceptional position to join a large Main Contractor as they push to 100m turnover per annum.

The role will involve managing and developing number of intermediate and assistant Quantity Surveyors there is also a large amount of career progression within this role for the right hardworking, dynamic and forward thinking candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities;

·Liaise with the relevant Project Manager for associated costs of procurement & Recruitment. 

·Maintain accurate financial control systems and report monthly on Cost/Value Reconciliation.

·Progress reporting with time scales & financial accountability.

·Find relevant sub-contractors for on site packages of all trades whilst monitoring performance.

·Estimating experience advantageous. 

·Manage subcontractors accounts accurately and effectively to enhance contract performance.
