Description

We are currently recruiting for a Construction biased Site Manager to run a 3m new build portal frame retail project, this scheme will run for a 16 week period and start circa the middle of March however the position will need to be filled prior to the project starts on site. There is multiple payment types available for this including out of IR35. The build consisting of a Portal Frame new build with curtain walling and brickwork build leading to a Cat A fit-out until completion.
