Thermal Insulation Engineer / Lagger

Our client is a thermal insulation contractor based in the UK. They manage all aspects of commercial and industrial insulation. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience all aspects of thermal insulation.

Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking thermal insulation engineers for work on a student accomadation project in Bristol.

Candidates will required to hold a valid TICA CSCS card and PASMA would be desirable but not essential.

Duties will include:

- Fit, wrap, or attach insulating materials to pipe work surfaces following drawing/specifications.

- Install/repair insulating materials within manufacturing areas, external areas, ceilings, or walls, using correct materials and tools

- Read drawings and select appropriate insulation, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material.

- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using appropriate hand tools.

- Perform basic fabrication work, including stainless cladding.

- Metal ducting.

- Aluminium works

Further information:
Working hours: 10 hours Monday - Friday, with possible weekends

Local candidates are preferable, however lodge contribution may be available to candidates travelling.
