Graduate - Compliance Administrator

Alpha Labour & Recruitment Ltd is a dynamic recruitment agency mainly supplying contract and permanent employment solutions to the Construction Industry, as well as other sectors throughout the UK.

Formed in 2008, Alpha has doubled in size in the last year, and with turn over increasing year on year, and with a brand new purpose designed 21^st century working environment, an opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to join on a full time basis.

Main Duties

Check candidates right to work in the UK

Obtain and check employment references

Verify the authenticity of skills cards

Ordering, processing and issuing work documentation and ensuring they are received back

Maintaining databases

Take ownership for requests of any copies of documentation

Other Duties

General administrative work

Assisting with sourcing labour

Inputting new information to a collective database
Creating, maintaining and reorganising file systems
Dealing with information data

About You

Competent in Word and Excel
Good customer service skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook (Preferable)
Accurate, well-organised and good communicator
