Job Title: Scaffolding Infrastructure Manager
Line Manager: Scaffolding Managing Director
Location: Site/Office Based – Bolton

Role Outline
To be fully responsible for the successful delivery of scaffolding projects from Contract Award to Closure. The Scaffolding Infrastructure Manager will ensure that Projects are delivered safely, in accordance with:
- Contract Specification
- Company Process & Procedures
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards
- Financial performance

Other duties include
- Plan work activities
- Attend progress meetings
- Oversea Quality Assurance is in line with the inspection test plan
- Ensure Commercial Compliance
- Raise Early Warnings
- Lead by example/set standards

As a client facing, brand ambassador we expect you to manage client expectations in a collaborative and positive way whilst driving company priorities.

We expect you to be contractually and commercially astute.
You will be expected to manage your teams from recruitment, induction, training / mentoring, development of skills to performance management, one to ones (appraisals) and discipline.

Qualifications & Certificates Essential Desirable

Full UK Driving license - Essential

SMSTS - Essential

CSCS (Manager) - Essential

TWC - Essential

HNC/HND or in relevant field - Essential

NVQ 4 Construction site Management - Building & Engineering - Desirable

IOSH or NEBOSH - Desirable

PTS - Desirable

Knowledge and Experience Essential Desirable

10 years’ experience in scaffolding infrastructure sector - Essential

3 years’ experience in a Management role including:

• Temporary works Co-Ordinator
• Experience of Bid/Tender process and estimating
• Used to CVR reporting
• Managing Temporary Works
• Design Management
