Alpha Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator within a construction company to work on a permanent contract starting ASAP.
The role will suit an Administrator who must have previous experience in the construction industry and have an understanding of the industry.
Role Outline:
- Daily liaison with Site management & foremen.
- Ordering any materials needed for sites.
- Price checking to ensure they are obtaining the best priced materials.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience and plenty of experience with telephone work
- Ability to problem solve
- Must have vast knowledge of the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Be able to work as a team and also have the ability to use own initiative.
Qualifications:
· Business Admin Level 2 (desirable but not essential)
Schedule:
· 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Salary:
· £11 per hour. Negotiable on experience.
