Job Description

The Role:

Our client provides a range of installation services primarily working with commercial developments across various sites in the UK. We are looking to recruit experienced commercial electricians to carry out works in and around Stevenage. Employment will be on a self-employed basis with a day rate between £180 - 190/day.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Commercial and industrial electrical installations. Includes installation of containment systems such as steel conduit & trunking.
• Carry testing and inspection of works and complete certification.
• Emergency light testing and repairs
• Lighting repairs
• Install, connect & test data cabling
• Liaise with customers
• Other tasks as required.

What we require:
All applicants will require a valid JIB card and previous experience . You must be fully qualified/time-served and be able to provide 2 checkable references.

Current & Valid identification must be provided before starting employment. This includes but not limited to the following; Passport or Driving License with full Birth Certificate, for EU citizens National ID card, or valid EU passport must be supplied.
