Alpha Recruitment are Partnering with a Care Provider in their search for a Site Manager for the construction of a new build 66 bed care home in Mablethorpe with a project value of £4m.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts
- Responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors
- Responsibility for Health and Safety on site.
- Ordering of materials and programming of sub-contractors
- Liaison with head office, local authority, and regulatory authority departments
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a site manager on similar sized projects
- Experience of New Build care home projects
- Able to demosntrate a track record of building to both budget and programme
- Strong commercial awareness
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- CSCS managers card
- Scaffolding
