Alpha Recruitment are looking for a Generator Engineer with Field Service experience to be based from my clients depot in the West Midlands however, coverage across the Midlands will be required. My client specialises in the maintenance and installation of diesel generators. Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge and knowledge of diesel generators essential.
The Role: Carry out minor and major services to diesel engine generator sets at customer sites, Visit customer sites to perform site surveys in order to assist in project design and proposals, Visit customer sites to perform, but not limited to, diesel generator installations, Visit customer sites to perform commissioning in liaison with electrical contractors, Emergency call outs to customer breakdowns, PLC / Deep Sea / Deif programming work.
Salary: You can expect to receive a basic hourly rate up to £14.25 per hour based on a 40 hour working week. Company Vehicle/Laptop/Phone. Fantastic Overtime rates and on-call allowance.
