Alpha Recruitment are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to start work for a prestigious building contractor. Our client specialises in creating modern homes and offices and have previous worked on contracts ranging from £750k to £7m. This role will be based in Wymondham with regular visits to ongoing sites.
The role:
Our client are looking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team and undertake all the associated quantity surveying work for all current JCT D&B contracts. Within the role you will benefit from working with an apprentice Quantity Surveyor undertaking check measures.
This position is a full time role with working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Experience & Requirements:
- 2 years minimum experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor
- Experience in property and construction
- Knowledge or RIBA stages 4-6
- Highly motivated and ability to motivate others
- Able to communicate and work as part of a team
- Commercially aware
- Valid UK driving license
