Alpha Recruitment are looking for an experience Estimator to start work for our client based in Canary Wharf.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a good knowledge of post contract commercial project management.
The role:
- Reviewing & preparing tender documents, raising queries & liaising with clients
- Proposing suitable products
- Producing accurate tender packages
- Review contracts & negotiate terms
- Procurement & price negotiation
Experience/Requirements:
- Estimating for the following packages - Stone, cladding, tiling, hard landscaping, cleaning & restoration and fit out.
- Knowledge of standard construction contracts e.g. JCT & NEC
- Contract administration
- HND, BTEC or degree in related field
- RICS member
- CSCS Card holder
- Full UK Driving license
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday: 4 weeks + bank holidays
Salary: £45k-£50k + package
