The Role:
In the Recruitment Consultant role you'll report to the Operations Director and will be primarily responsible for developing and growing a busy recruitment desk within the specialist Engineering and Manufacturing sector.

Specific tasks include:
- Developing new business
- Maximising profitability on the desk
- Becoming an expert in your specific market

This position is based in the company's Sheffield City Centre office, so please ensure that's within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for Recruitment Consultant role you will need direct background in of 360 Recruitment Consultant role within Engineering & Manufacturing.

We also need you to have prior experience of:
- Sales and winning new business
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Working to KPI (key performance indicators) and targets

It's important that you have driving license.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant role is between £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

In addition you can earn personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
