Full Description:
Due to continued growth and expansion Alpha Recruitment are looking to appoint an Apprentice Payroll Administrator for their Sheffield Branch.
Alpha Recruitment is based on the outskirts of Sheffield centre, in one the city’s largest grade 2 listed buildings. As an independent, local agency we can offer a responsive, tailored and more bespoke service nationally to our clients across all sectors
You will be helping the team by providing the best candidates across a variety of roles that we are working on behalf of our clients. This is a great opportunity with genuine prospects.
Duties include:
- Identifying and registering new candidates
- Building relationships with both candidates and clients
- Processing candidate timesheets
- Producing client invoices
- Liaising with workers to check accuracy of wages
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing job adverts using a wide range of media
- Using social media to advertise positions
- Receiving and reviewing applications
- General administration duties
- Working closely with HR to keep track on new starters and leavers
