Alpha Recruitment is looking for a Business Development Manager to begin work for a major UK utilities company, who operates throughout mainland UK providing gas, electric, water infrastructure connections, and metering.
The role:
Within this role you will be responsible for developing strategies to promote the companies products and services, whilst simultaneously managing projects and relationships.
Communicating with the wider sales team the expectations of products and services to customers.
Building a rapport with customers and clients, ensuring to get feedback and market research to improve the delivery of the service.
Preparing and presenting sales reports.
This role will be remote role, and applicants will be considered UK wide.
About you:
You will have experience within the following –
- Sales/account management within utilities, gas, electric and water
- Tracking client accounts and creating forecasts
- Strong leadership and/or mentoring experience
- A proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
You will be –
- A highly driven, and self-motivated individual
- Passionate about creating and providing exceptional customer service
- Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic
- Able to communicate effectively
You will have –
- Health and Safety awareness within utilities
- Knowledge and experience in selling gas, water and renewable energy.
Job Description:
- Start date: ASAP – Permanent position
- Salary: Up to £60k per annum + company car, bonus and package
- Hours: Monday-Friday
