Quantity Surveyor

Alpha Recruitment are looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to start work for our client based in Liverpool, due to continued growth.

Our Client, A Joinery contractor specialising in high specification works for a variety of main contractors and clients based in Liverpool,. The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of commercial sites around the North West. As the Quantity Surveyor you will be based in their office in Liverpool and attend site visits.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior commercial experience as well as a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Due to expansion, our client has opened a new office in Crosby which they will need a Quantity Surveyor to join and be a part of.

The successful candidate will be able to work individually on projects as well as alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor, so previous experience in a similar role is essential.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within joinery / fit-out sector
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Must hold relevant Certificates and Qualifications
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good Tenure
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of the construction cycle

Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
• Car allowance and Bonuses can be discussed at Interview stage
• Holiday + Bank holidays
