Alpha Recruitment are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to join their expanding team.
Our client is a small independent construction consultancy firm with a large clientele, working nationwide. They work in many sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and leisure.
The perfect candidate will already be working at a senior level within a quantity surveying role with project management experience and are looking to step up the ladder eventually into a company management position.
Candidates will be able to pick up and deliver a multitude of projects as well as take on some of the company management jobs.
The perfect candidate:
· Will be degree qualified ideally with MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB etc
· Ideally will live local to or in Leeds as they will be working in the Leeds office most days of the week
· Is happy to travel nationwide to projects they will be working on
· Will have previous experience managing a team
· Will be able to support the company business development strategy including attending events, meetings etc
· Is looking for a pathway to step up into a directorship role over the coming years.
Job Description:
