Alpha Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager to begin work for one of our clients on a permanent basis. Our client is renowned for the design, build and refurbishment on social housing, commercial, industrial and educational builds.
Applicants must have experience on rip out, build and refurbishments.
Job Description:
- Start date: 18th July
- Rate: £45k per annum + benefits.
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Duration: Permanent
- Requirements: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness
Requirements:
- PPE
- Valid Photo ID
- Be able to provide 2 references
- Previous experience essential
