Alpha Recruitment are looking for an office administrator to start work for our client based in Stoke on a temp to perm basis. This client is a UK leading industrial services company. We are ideally looking for somebody who is ambitious and looking to progress within an already established company.
Work will involve liaising with contracts & operations managers, assisting with day to day running's of the business and general administration duties such as:
- Raising PO's
- Submitting payroll
- Answering calls & emails
- Ordering materials
- Filing and inputting data
Job Description:
- ASAP
- Rate: £10.50 - £11ph, over time paid if working out of normal hours
- Duration: Permanent
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Requirements: Previous administration experience
Requirements:
- Valid Photo ID
- Be able to provide 2 references
- Previous experience essential
