- Description
Our client is without doubt one of the largest and most successful structural steelwork contractors in the UK. Involved in high profile building projects such as iconic stadiums, bridges and some of the most iconic city centre structures, they have the design and engineering skills to handle complex projects.
Having recently secured a number of large scale projects for a Biomass plant and they are looking to recruit experienced Welders to work from their site in Sheffield.
The successful applicants will stick welding experience. You will be responsible for achieving high quality standards in a safe manner within production time scales. It is essential to have been coded for both downhand and positional welding before as satisfactory completion of a weld test is essential towards gaining a position within the company.
What we require:
All applicants will require a valid ECS card , PPE, and previous experience. You must be fully qualified/time-served and be able to provide 2 references.
Current & Valid identification must be provided before starting employment. This includes but not limited to the following; Passport or Driving License with full Birth Certificate, for EU citizens National ID card, or valid EU passport must be supplied.
Important Information:
Hours of work: 10 hours a day
Monday - Friday (possible weekends available)
Parking: this is available on site
