Site Manager
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a leading interior fit out contractor.
They provide build, fit-out and project management services across a wide range of sectors, from retail, leisure, transport, hospitality, finance and student accommodation. They strive to be contractor of choice by listening to customers, keeping everyone safe and minimising disruption. With a drive to inspire employees and are passionate about delivering perfection.
As Construction Site Manager reporting to the Head of Project Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for the management of all sites and the achievement of all project Time, Cost, Quality and Health & Safety objectives.
What we require:You will have a formal joinery qualification, ideally supported by a construction qualification. In addition to SMSTS, First Aid at Work and be a CSCS card-holder, you will have a proven leadership track record in fast-track interior fit-out involving large-format retail/leisure stores. Familiar with HSE law/regulations, highly customer-focused and outcome-driven, you’re a strong project planner who takes a collaborative approach. Flexible to changing business needs, you’re a great all-around communicator with good IT-literacy, who’s forward-thinking and able to engage at all levels.
