Welcome to the team Maddie!

Alpha Recruitment is excited to announce the addition of a new team member. Here’s some information about Maddie:

Name: Madelaine Munro

Job Role: Recruitment Resourcer

Interests: Away from work Maddie really enjoys spending time cooking, as well as using her previous bartending skills creating cocktails for her friends and family. One day Maddie hopes to write her own recipe book.

Previous Experience: Having come from a hospitality background for her whole working career, Maddie was keen to start a completely new challenge and learn some new skills. She started working front of house when she was 18, and eventually worked her way up to being a pub manager. Then deciding to make a changeover to event sales for a restaurant and bar in Manchester and has now chosen to transfer her skills into recruitment.

Maddie says: “I started with Alpha Recruitment at the start of August 2020, ready to take on a new challenge and get my teeth stuck into recruitment. I’m starting as a Recruitment Resourcer on the White-Collar desk, learning everything there is to know both about recruitment as well as the construction industry, with the aim of eventually starting my own desk.”
