Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Trades person for work on a decent homes development in and around London.
The successful will require:
- A valid CSCS card
- Own Tools and PPE
- Extensive knowledge of all construction trades. (i.e. Decorating, joinery, plumbing and tiling).
The multi-trader will be working within property maintenance, you must possess the skills and knowledge to enable you to cope with a variety of challenges. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary tools to enable them to carry out the successful completion of a variety of jobs.
Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, have good communication skills, highly motivated and able to work on instruction as well as your own initiative.
This position offers 8-10 hours a day and parking on site.What we require: You must be fully qualified/time-served and be able to provide 2 references. Current & Valid identification must be provided before starting employment. This includes but not limited to the following; Passport or Driving License with full Birth Certificate, for EU citizens National ID card, or valid EU passport must be supplied.
