Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Alpha Recruitment are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Sheffield!

Tell me more about the role...

You will be primarily responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates within the market, providing an overall service to our client base, building relationships with both clients and candidate pools, and working closely with experienced consultants under a robust training plan to establish and develop sales skills.

Based in the company's Sheffield City Centre office, you'll report to the Operations Director and will be tasked with the following:

- Assistance in business development and lead generation

- Sourcing and attracting new candidates and growing the internal database

- Creating social media campaigns and advertising

- Conducting screen/telephone interviews for potential hires

- Quality and compliance checks

- Maintaining and updating CRM package with relevant information

You'll need the following:

- Outstanding communication skills

- Positive attitude

- Driven and motivated to succeed

You'll also need to be the following:

- Good communicator

- Multi-task

- Work in a fast paced sales driven environment

- Confident and excellent telephone manner

- Desire to sell and be goals driven

What can I earn?

This Trainee Recruiter position offers a basic salary between £16,000 - £18,000 per annum + bonus each month.
