Description

Alpha Recruitment are looking for an Electrical and Controls Systems engineer to start work for our client based in Kendal. Work will be in and around the North West.

The Role:

Preparing packages and the production of quotations to customer requirements.
Design new control systems including production of CAD drawings.
Test and commission new control systems
Fault finding on current control systems.
Assessing current machinery & installing new safety systems.

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years experience in an engineering role
Fault finding & repair of machine control systems
Experience organising & running projects
Control, automation & instrumentation experience

Job Description:
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Up to £45k per annum
Hours: 37.5, any hours over this will be paid at an overtime rate

Requirements: 5 years industrial control systems experience, PLC & HMI systems, electrical engineering qualification preferably HND or HNC.
