Alpha Recruitment is looking for a Head of Sales manager to begin work for a major UK utilities company, who operates throughout mainland UK providing gas, electric, water infrastructure connections, and metering.
The role:
This position will be a key role, with leading and manager a very high performing sales team.
You will work alongside the business development manager, developing strategies to promote the companies products and services.
Hiring, training and keeping the sales team motivated.
Creating goals for the sales teams and creating forecasts alongside these.
Establishing compliance and best practices for the sales team in line with industry regulations.
Collecting customer feedback in order to improve service delivery.
About you:
You will have experience within the following –
· Sales/account management within utilities, gas, electric and water
· Tracking client accounts and creating forecasts
· Strong leadership and/or mentoring experience
· A proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
You will be –
· A highly driven, and self-motivated individual
· Passionate about creating and providing exceptional customer service
· Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic
· Able to communicate effectively
You will have –
· Health and Safety awareness within utilities
· Knowledge and experience in selling gas, water and renewable energy.
Job Description:
- Start date: ASAP – Permanent position
- Salary: Up to £75k per annum + company car, bonus, and package
- Hours: Monday-Friday
