Alpha recruitment are currently looking for a Litigation Officer for one of our clients that is an established building company based in the West London area.
During the last few years in business, they have worked with landlords, architects, designers and other companies, making sure the job is completed to a high standard and on a pre-agreed budget. Their aim is to consistently deliver an excellent service to each and every customer, and ensuring that the entire process is as stress and hassle free as possible.
We are currently looking for an experienced and well-versed individual who would be able to assist and resolve disputes arising in our business with customers, sub-contractors, contract administrators, suppliers, staff etc. Knowledge of JCT contracts is essential as well as having experience in UK construction, residential sector. Legal background and quantity surveying is important.
Job Description:
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: £40k-£60k per annum depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday
- Duration: Permanent position
- Requirements: Degree level qualification in Law
