Alpha Recruitment are now seeking a Talented and Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our existing extraordinarily successful team.

Working in a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role you will be responsible for:

·  Filling vacancies to varying lead times as requested by the client, with competent skilled candidates.

• Maintaining our outstanding business reputation in all communications, through the delivery of a quality consultative service

• Consulting with clients and candidates to facilitate the placement of the right people in the right roles

• Developing prosperous business relationships with new and existing clients, to gain additional business and develop a profitable desk

• Managing your own client databases and delivering excellent, pro-active customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met

• Growing our client and candidate base through telephone and face to face business development activity and advertising

Skills and Experience:

• A proven and impressive new business track record.

• High level sales experience within a customer facing environment.

• Experience in construction/engineering sales would be advantageous.

• Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills.

• Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task.

• Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure.

• Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as part of a team.
