Recruitment Consultant - International Renewable Energy

The Role:
In the International Renewable Energy Consultant role you'll report to the Managing Director and will be primarily accountable for building and developing a busy successful international energy division.

Specific tasks include:
- Developing new business
- Maximising profitability within the division
- Becoming an expert in the international energy market

This is a home-based or office based position in our head office in Sheffield. The details around how this will work will be discussed at interview.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for our International Renewable Energy Consultant role you will need direct experience of sales and winning new international business. We also need you to have prior background in working in a previous international recruitment role.

It's also essential that you've got experience of securing, managing and developing large multinational corporate client relationships.

It's important that you also have the following:
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Knowledge of multiple renewable energy markets including - wind farms, solar, tidal, nuclear, maritime and power generation
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding communication skills

We need you to be able to travel internationally as required.

The Package:

Competitive basic salary, with market leading bonus structure – OTE £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
