Alpha Recruitment are looking for a Branch Manager who can drive forward the team and manage operations of the Manchester office. This position is perfect for an experienced senior consultant who wants to step into a management role.
You will be:
· Managing, motivating and helping grow the team
· Responsible for the office operations
· Monitor your own and your team’s performance
· Generate new business
· Build and manage existing clients
· Confident, be able to work under pressure and be full of enthusiasm and passion to succeed in a busy but fun environment.
We are looking for:
· A driven experienced Sales Consultant or an experienced Team Leader or Branch Manager
· Experience with Construction and/or Industrial sector is a big plus but not necessary
· A great motivator, positive attitude, resilient and a driven
· Someone who can work well under pressure
· Someone who likes to succeed and be a natural leader
Responsibilities:
Managing and developing your team
Responsible for the compliance, and accuracy of the branch administration Business development and account management
Building relationships
Reporting weekly figures and month-end figures vs budget to the Sales Director.
