- Alpha Recruitment are looking for a Project Account Manager to begin work on a permanent basis for our client based near Southampton. They are a leading who specialise in construction, fit out and interiors.Mission of role: Create customer loyalty through delivery excellence and effective relationship management.The role:

Accountability for the monetary value of the account ensuring CRM is kept up to date in real time, with firm, allocated, probable and speculative projects.

Champion the resource allocation process ensuring the effective forward planning of resources.

Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders

Ensure maximisation of margin during procurement and final adjuducation process.
The candidate:-
The ideal canididate will be commercially astute with a view of maximising profit and continually focusing on improvement.

Will have team and people management experience.

Have an extensive background in the client liasising.

Preferably have a construction fit out background.
