Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Blue Collar Construction Sector

Alpha Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency trading for over 15 years, is currently seeking self-motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in Sheffield.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and matching top talent to job vacancies within the blue-collar construction sector. You will build relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering high-quality staffing solutions and exceptional service.

We are looking for individuals who are hungry, motivated and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding industry. The role of a recruitment consultant can be challenging, but it offers a clear career path with unlimited potential for growth and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for job vacancies within the blue-collar construction sector
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews, reference checks, and contract negotiations.
• Working closely with senior consultants and managers to achieve team targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus but not necessary.
