Site Manager
Hourly Rate - £20.23
Over 8 Hours – x 1.5 (£30.35)
Sundays x 2 (£40.47)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of our clients for a dedicated and reliable individual to take on the role as Site Manager. The Site Manager is ultimately responsible for the Supervision and management of specific sites including the coordination of employees, tools and equipment and the working environment. Day to day duties will include:
- Compilation of variation to contract costs to a value of £50,000
- Attend Project Pre-start Meetings.
- Detailed Daily Reporting.
- Daily review of progress against baselines
- 4 Week Look Ahead planning
- Employee Appraisals
- Disciplinaries
- Maintenance of Site Files
- Purchase/hire requests
- Weekly requests for Labour
- Assistance in the booking of Site Accommodation
- Non-conformance reporting
- RAMS & Lift Plan amendments
- Management of sites =>20 men
- Permits/POWRA
- Engagement with monthly project budget reviews
- Compilation of variation to contract costs to a value of £50,000
- Organisation of Sub-contractors
- Acquire client signatures where required
- Organisation of other site related tasks (to be discussed)

- Proven experience in medium to heavy engineering work.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering GAs and detailed drawings.
- Strong knowledge of installing and maintaining equipment, including conveyors and ash handling systems.
- Ability to conduct installations of new equipment and perform repairs on existing machinery.
- Commitment to upholding the highest safety standards.
- Familiarity with plant operations, such as MEWP, Loadall, Slinger banksman, and PASMA, is advantageous (training can be provided).If you are an enthusiastic individual with the required skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. - Trade related NVQ Level 3
